Included services

Laughter, lightness, relaxation and joy in being are at the top of my life and in my yoga classes. I love to accompany people in their movement, to get to know them, to be inspired by them, to learn from them and to share my experiences with them. I draw strength from nature and yoga.

So yoga and hiking is a great combination for me!

In the yoga units with a therapeutic approach, I focus on the back, shoulders and neck, our calves and thighs can then come to the fore uphill and downhill!

Conscious and correct breathing, mountain meditation and guided relaxation journeys (sometimes with sound) round off the retreat.

What you need to bring: joy, fun and willingness to exercise!

PROGRAMM:

  • Sunday:
    individual arrival from 3 p.m.
  • Monday:
    Breakfast until 11 a.m.
    5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: Welcome session – Fit und Frei Flow – An easy vinyasa flow class mixed with some Yin elements followed by a guided shavasana.
    7 p.m.: Dinner
  • Tuesday:
    7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.: Get ready for the day – Start the day with pranayama and wake up with a variety of sun salutations to prepare for a hike or other activities in this beautiful mountain area.
    Breakfast until 11 a.m
    5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: Slow flow – Guided breathing techniques combined with mindful movement. Moving in slow motion and staying focused in the present moment while practicing balance and activating deep muscles.
    7.30 p.m.: Dinner
  • Wednesday:
    7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.: Easy morning backbend flow – flow through some nice vinyasa sequences which focus on opening the front body. Feel the lightness and inner freedom afterwards and relax during a guided meditation.

    7 p.m.: Dinner
  • Thursday:
    7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.: Fit and free flow – dynamic vinyasa flow class with some fun transitions to make you sweat and smile and maybe guide you lovingly to the edge of your comfort zone.
    Breakfast until 11 a.m
    5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: LSD – long, slow, deep – deep stretches with yoga probs and smooth music for deep relax.
    7 p.m.: Dinner
  • Friday:
    7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.: Chili meets chilling 1.0 – dynamic yoga workout peppered with gentle stretches. The spicy part will be dominant?
    Breakfast until 11 a.m
    5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: LET’S TWIST – Rotations, sidebends and forward folds help our spine to stay flexible. The warm and sweaty nature of this class will make you enjoy the following shavasana all the more!
    7 p.m.: Dinner
  • Saturday:
    7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.: Hips & Hammies – After all these days of hiking, you may feel a little sore. Therefore, we will loosen up your tight muscles with yummie stretches for your hamstrings and hip openers so that you can easily reach a summit again today.
    Breakfast until 11 a.m
    5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: Chili meets chilling 2.0 – dynamic yoga workout peppered with gentle stretches with a focus on gentle poses.
    7 p.m.: Dinner
  • Sunday:
    7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.: Time to say goodbye session – whole body mobilization and energization for preparing you for going home.
    Breakfast until 11 a.m
    Check out until noon
  • Breakfast | Dinner: together or for yourself if you want your own retreat
